The Great Tofu Experience...
Ahh... Tofu... It's what's for dinner.
At least, it's what Carla ate tonight.. with her stir-fry... Lizzie (in the picture) chose to try it... but as you can see... she didn't like it too much... :-)
I didn't either... but my own face cannot be captured while I hold the camera...:-D

HA! I remember making tofu tacos one night. Oh my goodness, they were so horrible. For some reason I actually believed the recipe when it said if you just fried it in the pan with some chili powder and taco seasoning until it got brown like ground beef, it would actually taste like ground beef. NOT!
